I've\nbasically just been mapping from <a href=\"http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2616#\">HTTP/1.1</a>\nheader fields to RDF properties.  It's been a little while, but I seem to remember that both \n<a href=\"http://www.decafbad.com/cvs/dbproxy/plugins/metaminer/lib/metaminer/__init__.py?rev=HEAD&amp;content-type=text/vnd.viewcvs-markup\">dbproxy's metaminer plugin</a>\nand\n<a href=\"http://www.decafbad.com/cvs/AgentFrank/plugins/MetaMiner/src/com/decafbad/www/filter/MetaStoreQueue.java?rev=HEAD&amp;content-type=text/vnd.viewcvs-markup\">AgentFrank's MetaMiner plugin</a>\nhave implementations toward this end.
